Wendy Pan is a director at Greycourt and is a senior member of the firm’s manager research group. Wendy is a skilled investor with nearly a decade of experience focusing on private equity investments. Prior to joining Greycourt, Wendy was a senior vice president at Jefferies LLC. In this role, she was responsible for sourcing, performing due diligence, and monitoring investment opportunities with a focus on private equity, private credit and real estate investments across an $18 billion private bank platform. Prior to her experience at Jefferies, she was a director of private investment research at Segal Marco Advisors, where she focused on private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds for a $12 billion portfolio. Earlier in her career, she was a vice president in the CIO Office at Bank of America - Merrill Lynch, where, among other responsibilities, she helped develop the bank’s initial impact fund evaluation efforts.

Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®)
The CFA Program is a three-part exam that tests the fundamentals of investment tools, valuing assets, portfolio management and wealth planning. To be eligible to become a CFA Charter holder, an individual must have a Bachelor’s degree followed by a combination of 4,000 hours work experience and/or higher education and is required to successfully pass three exams. CFA Charter holders become members of the CFA Institute and must comply with the CFA Institute’s Professional Conduct Statement.
