Gretchen Shoup is Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Greycourt and serves as a member of the management committee. She works closely with Greycourt’s management committee regarding the firm’s financials, day-to-day operations and overall strategic planning.

Gretchen joined Greycourt in 2005 and has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to Greycourt, she was Assistant Vice President at Federated Investors, a multi-billion dollar financial services company in Pittsburgh.
